Lahav-Durst acted as curator, responsible for the cultural and artistic events at the Memorial to the Unknown Jewish Martyr-the Jewish Contemporary Documentation Center in Paris. She was also in charge of organizing international symposiums dealing with World War II worldwide. She is the author of several articles on art during the Holocaust and acts as consultant on the subject. She is the Head of the Cultural Exchange and Academic Department at the Hermitage Museum Foundation Israel.
Former representative of the Tel-Aviv Foundation in France, she read art-history and Curatorial studies at the Sorbonne. She also majored in comparative South-American literature and translated over 15 books in 3 languages. Currently she serves as the Head of the Curatorial Department at the M.T. Abraham Foundation.
